Annual Reports and Meeting Attendance

Each year, all 70 councillors on South Gloucestershire Council are required to write an Annual Report. A record of our attendance at a range of meetings is also published. These reports are published on the Council's website. However, as the reports can be hard to find we have included links to them below.

* A note on attendance figures: Attending formal Council meetings is only one part of a wide range of things we do. For this aspect of our work, the most meaningful figure is probably the overall number of meetings attended and not the percentage figure. Sometimes we are unable to attend meetings due to clashes with other meetings or events.
** Attendance figures from May 2009 onwards are now available on an interactive website rather than bieng published as an annual spreadsheet. If you have any questions about these figures please do contact us.
